Hines Alumni Association Connections… E-Camaraderie Missing Turkey Found! 2017 was another great year for sixteen veterans at Hines BRC…after they found the missing turkey (that somehow flew the coop) resting comfortably in a wheelchair in the hallway. Staff, volunteers and family, some people from the community and others came to cook, serve and enjoy good food and good company Thanksgiving Day. Cold cuts, cheese, fruit, veggies and dip were served as snacks while dinner cooked. A prayer was offered, and each veteran given an opportunity to say a few words.
