About the layout of the web page.
How is it laid out visually? What are the various regions, and what’s in them? Most areas at the top, and side will be the same no matter where you are on the site. The article region is where the information will change, depending on what is being communicated there.
Navigating. There are plenty of style elements to be visually meaningful, and that screen readers can easily identify, and navigate with hotkeys.
Once you get the feel for the overall layout, it should be easy to find the navigation links to other pages on the site, and find the information in the article region.
